Do you offer a bespoke service?
Yes, we do. Please email us via the contact page with a list of your requirements and your wedding date and we’ll happily put a no-obligation quote together for you.
Can I ask for alterations to your shop items?
Yes, we’re happy to make any alterations to the items in our shop – simply contact us beforehand.
Can you make matching items to the products in your shop?
Yes, if you require any matching items then email us via the contact page and we’ll work some prices and ideas out for you.
How long does it take to make and deliver my order?
We hand make each order, which can take some time. Orders for just one buttonhole can be delivered within a few days if we have the flowers in stock. We will dispatch all other orders in 7 to 10 days We can undertake emergency orders, but you must get in touch first.
Who delivers my order?
We deliver by 2nd class Royal Mail. Delivery for most orders. 1st Class takes approx 1- 2 days on average, but cannot be guaranteed. Larger orders are dispatched via DPD
We package all orders in strong boxes and pack them with bubble wrap and tissue to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. If you leave the flowers in the box, they should be safe in the hold of an aircraft if you decide to get married abroad. Check with your airline as to what facilities are available.
How do I pay for my order and is it secure?
We use PayPal Pro to take payments. All your sensitive card details are entered directly onto the PayPal website therefore we will not have any access to your card details whatsoever. On-line shop orders are paid for during the checkout process. Note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay.
Do you sell samples? How can I match your flowers to my dress?
Yes, we do. Simply purchase a buttonhole from our online shop.
